If you bought a piece that isn’t personalised and you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Fill in this form and confirm it — you’ll get an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away.
Pieces with a personalised text are made for one particular person and can’t be withdrawn from. If a piece arrives broken or faulty, don’t use this form — write to us and we’ll sort it out.
